Hi, and welcome to Tiny Garden Habit! I created this blog at a time when I was looking for an escape from my medical career which left me drained, unhealthy and stressed. Looking for a better work life balance, I started gardening, and I’m so glad I did!
While I grew up in a small town with a big garden, the type of gardening my parents did (which involved lots of tilling) didn’t appeal to me, and there wasn’t much variety in our diets either. So I pushed gardening to the side, only to rediscover it in my 30s.
I now live and grow my own produce in a small town in the mountains of Transylvania, Romania, zone 6B. I enjoy the self-sufficiency this small yet bountiful garden brings. I love to talk about it and write about it, and this blog is the full expression of my passion.
I hope you enjoy it and find it useful!
If video is more appealing, I have a YouTube channel that I post on – mostly vlogs and tales from the garden.
This year I also published a bundle of ebooks on growing tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, so if you’re interested in perfecting your techniques, be sure to check them out!
